Vanessa Bertozzi

Vanessa lives in Rhinebeck Village with her husband and two young sons. As the village’s Climate Smart Community Coordinator and the Environmental Specialist on the Village Board, she is already leading our transition to a more sustainable, resilient, and efficient future. Vanessa will bring her experience as an organization management consultant and researcher to the village board.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Vanessa worked with Rhinebeck Responds, a volunteer-led group, as well as Mayor Bassett’s COVID Response Team.

As a good listener, communicator and problem solver, she’s got the energy and vision to make sure Rhinebeck works for everyone.
